1. Choose reasonable blank size and shape

In the process of sheet metal forming, the size and shape of blank will affect the final forming quality. For example, when drawing a square cylinder, square blank is first used for drawing. If there is a crack, the four corners of blank can be cut with appropriate size to eliminate the crack.

2. Increase auxiliary process (change product arc or slope, increase shaping or process incision)

The cause of wrinkling is opposite to the cause of cracking. Wrinkling is caused by the instability of sheet thickness direction caused by excessive local compressive stress. When the local compressive stress of the material is too large, it is easy to lead to wrinkling, especially when the material is under the action of two stress states, so the processing principle of eliminating wrinkling is to accurately predict the flow of the material and increase the normal contact force at the wrinkling place. 1. Increase the blank holder force

The blank holder force can increase the flow resistance of the material into the die and alleviate the wrinkling of the flange edge.

2. Increase the number of deep drawing bars or increase the height

Drawing bars are divided into round bars, square bars and drawing bars, and the feeding resistance increases in turn. Which drawing bars to use should be considered from many aspects, such as drawing depth, material properties and product shape.
