Install rubber water stop belt – pouring concrete – paste water stop strip – brushing waterproof coating – coating protective layer – SBS waterproof layer
1, before construction, the water stop belt should be cut and connected. Cutting can be done with scissors or box cutter. In order to ensure the construction quality, the joint of the water stop belt must be bonded well.
2, because the rubber water stop is a flexible product, when positioning the rubber water stop, it must be kept flat at the interface, but not let the water stop roll, kink, such as found that the phenomenon of kink should be adjusted in time. When the water stop belt is fixed, the offset of the water stop belt should be prevented to avoid unilateral shortening and affect the sealing effect.
3. In the process of construction, attention should be paid to the impact force of pouring and tamping, so as not to puncture the rubber sealing belt because of too much strength. If it is found that there is a rupture phenomenon should be repaired in time, otherwise the ability of the rubber sealing belt to resist external force will be greatly reduced when the joint deformation and water pressure. When concrete is poured, it must be fully shaken so as to avoid bad combination of water stop belt and concrete and affect the sealing effect.
4. After the completion of the last pouring process and drying, clean it up and use the self-viscosity of the water stop strip to paste it directly on the interface of the construction joint.

6, waterproof layer construction after curing, immediately do cement mortar protective layer. Protective layer construction scheme: after the waterproof layer construction is finished and solidified, 2cm cement mortar screed layer is made immediately as a protective layer, and water is sprayed after the final setting.
